Hands down the best gym I've ever joined! The location, the environment, the staff.. all top notch! Flowery Branch Health and Fitness is definitely not your ordinary gym. There's something for everybody. Lifters, crossfit athletes, yogis, even the kids come in for workouts! The coaches are very supportive and care about each and every member. I've been to several different gyms and nothing beats the experience here. Stop by for a tour and a workout and see for yourself! Tell 'em Mo sent ya!

Top notch coaches and a great facility to throw down. Whether you want to drop in for a class or sign up for a year they are more than accommodating. You won't find a better coach than Owner/Trainer Jeremy Warner.

So glad I joined the Max Kane family!! Just a mid 30s lady that works full time, and trying to stay strong/keep moving. Great programming and coaching regardless of your level of fitness. Highly recommend!

Great box for adults and children. I never thought I would like working out and I definitely never thought I could do crossfit after being a couch potato for 20 years, but a year later I'm still here. The camaraderie and supportive coaching is a game changer. My kids (ages 9 and 12) love cross fit kids too. So glad I was willing to give it a try.

Great experience fantastic location and the folks are great Coach Wes is the best! One big happy family you gotta experience the feeling!
